I joined Lakshya almost 7.5 years back, and it has become my second home! The shooting experience is purely magical here. One can be assured of overall development, once they are a part of the club. I can vouch for this as my personality has transformed, and major credit goes to Suma ma’am. Factually speaking she’s one of the best coaches in the world. Being an ace shooter herself, giving India many podium finishes to now nurturing champions, she is Arjuna and Dronacharya both – By her awards of course and by the roles she is playing. Also the team she has built over the years is phenomenal! Especially Ramesh Sir, he’s driven by passion and love for shooting. A coach who thinks of his athletes round the clock. He is simply amazing.
I have also had wonderful experiences with the administration and support staff here. Everyone is generous with knowledge and experience sharing. Essentials like – Sport and equipment insights, physical and mental training, physiotherapy and nutrition for recovery are supervised by experienced specialists. It’s this wholesome environment which has enabled me learn, grow and live. All of this combined with the fellow shooters who have become family away from home, I must say Lakshya for me is the Mecca of Shooting Sports!
